This Assessment will determine the scope of the work to be offered. A detailed Estimate will be formulated based on the specific needs of your property.

Should you decide to work directly through TQA the price of the assessment will be absorbed in to the additional services provided.

Property Management

Monthly agreement based on property needs

We will produce a package catered to the specific needs and requirements of your property. TQA will be your point of contact so you don’t need to deal with multiple different contractors to maintain your property.

Regular reporting included: Detailed maintenance reports including photos and specific progress outlined to assure the quality of your property

Services range from:

Routine maintenance (to maintain property integrity)

Scheduled repairs estimates to be approved - direct coordination with additional contractors if needed

Second home preparation preparing your second home for your arrival so your property is ready for you to enjoy.)

Pre rental/ vacation preparedness check for owners, short term rental agreements such as Airbnb, or independent vacation rentals.

Post evaluation after guests leave to assure condition and accountability

Project Management & Supervision Oversight

Daily Rate will be provided based on the scope of your project.

Experienced onsite oversight and supervision incudes planning, coordination, and execution of important project milestones; ensuring cohesive aesthetics, minimal disruption, and adherence to code.

We specialize in oversight for complexed mechanical installations both locally and abroad.
